• Use LP Doc Formatter. LP Doc Formatter turns AI chat conversations into polished, Leading Point–branded Word documents. Working in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity? Capture the replies you want, organize them as chapters, and export a clean, formatted .docx with a proper title page and document metadata — no copy-paste-reformat cycle. HOW IT WORKS 1. Name your document — set the title, type, version, author, and reference number. 2. Open a supported AI chat — an LP button appears on each response. 3. Add replies as chapters — one click captures a response into your document. 4. Reorder, edit, and generate — export a branded .docx, ready to share. The extension only reads the conversation content you choose to capture and sends it to the Leading Point document service to build your .docx. It does not access your wider Microsoft account or directory data. This is an internal tool for Leading Point staff.

BROWSER EXTENSION: DATA WE COLLECT, HOW WE HANDLE, STORE, AND SHARE

In Short: The LP Doc Formatter browser extension processes only the authentication information required to verify your Leading Point account and the AI chat content that you explicitly choose to capture. It sends that content securely to the Leading Point document service solely to generate your requested Word (.docx) document, does not retain it after the document is returned, and does not sell it, use it for advertising, or send it to any third-party AI service.

The extension accesses supported AI chat pages only to detect and capture the content that you explicitly choose to add to your document. It does not access or process unrelated browsing activity.

Data we collect

• Apart from authentication information and the content you explicitly choose to capture, we do not collect or process any additional personal information.

Security

• We use Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On to securely authenticate users and restrict access to authorized members of our organization.
• All communication between the extension and the Leading Point document service is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

User Content

• The extension processes only the content that you explicitly choose to capture.
• This content is transmitted to the Leading Point document service solely to generate the requested Word document.
• The content is not used for analytics, profiling, AI training, or any purpose other than document generation.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information or processed content to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not send your captured content to any third-party AI or large language model service.

Data Storage

• User content is processed only for the time required to generate the requested document.
• We do not permanently store user content after document generation is complete.
• Generated documents are returned directly to the user and are not retained by Leading Point after processing is complete.

Purpose of Processing

• The processing of authentication information and user-selected content is necessary to provide the requested functionality of the extension.
